Take a Walk with the Piggyback Rider

With so much uncertainty, this has proven to be a scary time for everyone! While we go through this together, it's important to remember that the Piggyback Rider is here to help you. Social Distancing is in place all around the world and we can offer you an extra hand when it comes to getting your daily exercise in with your toddler. With National Walking Day coming up on April 1st, here are the many benefits that your Piggyback Rider will provide for your family.

Exercise

Just because your child is strapped to your back doesn't mean they aren't getting exercise. The Piggyback Rider is designed so that your toddler can hop on and off as they please, giving them a break when they can't keep up with the rest of the family. Using the Piggyback Rider during this time of social distancing, allows your toddler to partake in exercise too. Since we can't attend crowded parks, or playgrounds, getting out in nature is the next best thing.

Ease Anxiety

While we go through this time of uncertainty, anxiety tends to rise. Going for a walk will help to ease that tension, coupled with some breathes of fresh air and knowing that your toddler won't be complaining, since they are secured in the Piggyback Rider.

Bonding

Since most of us are working from home, or work has come to a halt, use this time to bond with your child. Take this time to slow down and enjoy the extra hours in the day. This extra time allows you to get outdoors, even just taking a walk in your neighborhood. Use the Piggyback Rider to keep your child close!

Boost Immune System

Try to get regular, moderate exercise, like a daily 30-minute walk. It can help your immune system fight infection. ... Exercise can also boost your body's feel-good chemicals and help you sleep better. Both of those are good for your immune system.
