You do not have to forego home cooking just because you are away from home. With a little creativity, you can cook in your hotel or condo. Look for simple recipes that will provide nutritional value to your family but leave you enough time to enjoy your vacation. By planning out your meals ahead of time, you can also arrive prepared. For example, something as simple as bringing along a slow cooker for easy meals will save you an abundance of time and money.
