Take Your Piggyback Rider to the Beach
Posted by The Piggyback Rider Team on 20th Aug 2020
National Beach Day is coming up on August 30th, which makes this the perfect time to talk about the sand, water and the Piggyback Rider. You may be asking what the Piggyback Rider and a beach have in common? But if you have a toddler, and you need to carry all of the gear, plus, oftentimes, them, then you're going to want to bring the Piggyback Rider for your next beach adventure.
Hands Free
Using the Piggyback Rider during your beach adventure allows you to be hands-free. We all know that the parent gets stuck hauling all the gear (chairs, towels, toys, cooler, etc.). But, what about the toddler? We know most aren't quite OK with walking in the sand, let alone, how long it may actually take them to get to the perfect spot you have chosen. Before you start loading up the gear, let your toddler climb onto the Piggyback Rider to start your adventure off on the right foot.
Hold Them Close
Walking the beach is part of the fun. But, you know what's not fun? Having a wild toddler that runs too far ahead, gets left behind or runs for the water instead. Make your "walk on the beach" easier by letting them climb onto the Piggyback Rider when they need a break, or when you need to contain them. The Piggyback Rider is made to let them hop on and off with ease, so they can explore when they are ready. And when you're ready to run after them!
It Goes Where the Stroller Can't
Ever tried to roll a stroller on sand? It's not fun, and most likely not even doable. The Piggyback Rider gives parents peace of mind because they know they can break it out when needed, but it also doesn't weigh them down when they don't. The Piggyback Rider comes with a carry backpack and only weighs 3 lbs. So, when it's not in use, it's not like you had to schlep a heavy child carrier with you onto the sand.
